The Dodds building features paired granite Corinthian columns. The building was designed and built as apartments in 1903 at the St. Louis World's Fair. These columns are truly impressive and add that extra element of strength and support to the building. As I photographed these elements I wanted to give them a new life. Incorporate them into images strong in structure, much like the building they come from, and colorful panels.
